In Arizona we provide on site delivery, service and training for all of our products.

The products that Western All Tool sells come with a full factory warranty which will vary depending on each individual product. Processing a warranty claim requires contact with us and the factory; as well as the customer's cooperation in diagnosing the problem and effecting the repairs. Western All Tool will ship you any necessary parts needed for repair,  The customer is responsible for any shipping charges that occur. On-site service is available in Arizona at the customer's expense, unless the factory involved agrees to compensate Western All Tool Service Department for on site service.

Returns after three days will require a 15% restocking fee plus original and return shipping charges.
