Shipping Information:
Shipping cost varies due to the size and weight differences of our products. Normal shipping will be UPS at standard UPS rates. Customers can request regular ground, 3 day select, 2nd day air or overnight delivery. For larger and heavier equipment a freight quote can be obtained for your approval prior to shipping.
Returns: All returned merchandise requires authorization. Contact our service representatives first for shipping instructions and to obtain a return authorization number. Credit will not be issued unless authorization to return merchandise has been received.
Any charges that may be incurred due to damaged merchandise will be deducted from credits owed including a 25% restocking fee. Western all Tool is not responsible for merchandise damaged in return shipment.
Cancellation Policies: An order may be canceled and a full refund recieved prior to shipment. If the product has been shipped the customer will be responsible for the return costs plus restocking fee of 25%.
